At The Airport

What We Will Do - fetching you

• Driver will wait at the appropriate airport arrival terminal.
• The driver will hold up a sign displaying the name of the company or your initials and surname – as per booking.
• Should the unlikely happen and you and the driver miss each other, the driver will contact you on your mobile. Alternatively you can contact Etienne on 073 238 2481 or Amelia on 083 300 3165

Drop-off

Things you should keep in mind

• Make sure we have the correct information regarding your pick-up point and destination.
• Make sure we have your correct contact details and that your mobile's battery is charged.
• Be weary of the fact that other taxi drivers can sometimes be rather persuasive, we recommend that you contact us first.

At Your Home / Office

 What We Will Do

• Clear information is needed:
  • Name of Company
  • Name of Suburb
  • Street Name
  • Building number
• Clear information and instructions are needed in order for the driver to comply with and adhere to your company’s parking rules and stipulations.
• Exact dates and time must be pre-booked and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

Things you should keep in mind

• Make sure we have the correct information regarding your pick-up point and destination.
• Make sure we have your correct contact details. (your mobile’s battery is charged)
• Kindly allow ample travel time to your destination to ensure that traffic bottlenecks do not have a negative influence on the expected arrival or departure time. Early booking is important - We’d rather be early than have you arriving late!
